Creed Funding Source ("we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
When you submit an application or contact form, we collect the information you provide, which may include your name, business name, contact details, business and financial information, and documents you choose to upload (such as bank statements and identification).
We use the information you provide to evaluate your funding request, communicate with you, and provide the products and services you request. We may share it with our funding and underwriting partners as needed to process and fund your request.
Information submitted through our website is transmitted securely. We restrict access to your information to those who need it to serve you, and we retain it only as long as necessary for the purposes described here or as required by law.
We do not sell your personal information.
If you provide a mobile number and check the optional text-message consent box on our application or contact form, we may send you text messages about your funding request — including application status updates, document requests, and replies from your funding specialist. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase or of receiving funding. Full program details are in our SMS Terms.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are excluded from all other information sharing described in this policy, and this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Where we share information with our funding and underwriting partners in order to evaluate and fund your request, as described above, that sharing never includes your text-message opt-in data or consent, and those partners are not permitted to use your mobile number for their own marketing.
Our application offers optional address suggestions as you type. If you use this feature, the partial address text you enter is sent to a third-party mapping service to return matching suggestions. No other information from your application is included, and you can ignore the suggestions and type your address manually instead.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the information you have provided by contacting us at the address below. You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP.
