Creed Funding Source operates a customer care and account notification text message program for business owners who have submitted a funding application or inquiry to us. Messages relate to your own request — for example application status updates, requests for missing documents or bank statements, offer notifications, funding confirmations, and replies from your assigned funding specialist. We do not send unsolicited promotional text messages, and we do not text numbers obtained from third parties or purchased lists.
Opting in is optional and is never a condition of applying for or receiving funding. You may opt in by:
The consent box on our forms is not pre-selected. The consent statement presented at the point of opt-in reads:
"By checking this box, I agree to receive text messages from Creed Funding Source at the mobile number provided, including application status updates, document requests, and messages from my funding specialist. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or of receiving funding. See our Privacy Policy and SMS Terms."
Message frequency varies and depends on the activity on your file. Most applicants receive a small number of messages while their request is being reviewed and funded.

You may cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message from us. You will receive a one-time confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, after which we will send no further messages. You may also call us at (718) 573-1163 or email mark@creedfundingsource.com to be removed. Opting out of text messages does not affect your application or your ability to receive funding, and we may still contact you by phone or email.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier and is outside our control. Supported carriers may change without notice.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle the rest of the information you provide.
You must be at least 18 years old and the owner or an authorized user of the mobile number you provide. If your mobile number changes, please notify us so that we do not message someone else.
